Royal Vista ("we", "us", "our") operates the website and platform at this domain, offering bus ticketing, tour packages, hotel bookings, vehicle rentals, and travel assistance services (flights, trains, currency exchange, passport, and visa services). By using this site or making a booking, you agree to these terms.

2. Direct services and marketplace listings

Royal Vista operates some services directly, such as our own bus routes. Other services — including hotels, tour packages, vehicle rentals, and travel assistance services — are provided by independent third-party agencies ("Partners") who list on our platform. The relevant Partner is identified on each listing before you book.

For bookings fulfilled by a Partner, Royal Vista acts as the platform facilitating the booking and payment; the Partner is responsible for delivering the actual service (accommodation, vehicle, tour, or advisory service). We vet Partners before their listings go live and remain your point of contact for any issue with a booking made through our platform.

3. Bookings and payments

Bookings for bus tickets, tour packages, hotels, and vehicle rentals are confirmed immediately upon successful payment, processed securely through Razorpay. Inquiry-based services (flights, trains, forex, passport, visa) do not involve upfront payment through this site — the relevant Partner will contact you to complete that booking or service directly.

You are responsible for providing accurate information (names, ages, travel dates, contact details) at the time of booking. Royal Vista is not liable for issues arising from inaccurate information provided by you.

4. Cancellations and refunds

5. User accounts

You may need to create an account to complete a paid booking. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Royal Vista's liability for any claim relating to a booking is limited to the amount paid for that specific booking. Royal Vista is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for the acts or omissions of Partners in delivering their services, beyond our obligation to assist in resolving disputes raised in good faith.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
