Refund & cancellation policy

1. How cancellations work
To cancel a booking, contact us via our Contact page with your booking reference or payment ID. Cancellation terms differ depending on the service booked and, for Partner-fulfilled bookings, on the individual Partner's own policy — which is communicated to you at the time of booking or cancellation.
2. Bus tickets
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before departure are eligible for a refund, minus a nominal cancellation charge. Cancellations within 24 hours of departure, or no-shows, are generally not eligible for a refund.
3. Tour packages and hotels
Refund eligibility depends on how close to the travel or check-in date the cancellation is made, and on the specific Partner agency's cancellation terms. As a general guide, cancellations made well in advance of the travel date are more likely to be eligible for a fuller refund than late cancellations. Exact terms for a given package or hotel will be shared with you at the time of cancellation.
4. Vehicle rentals
Cancellations made before the scheduled pickup date are generally eligible for a refund minus any charges already incurred by the Partner (such as driver allocation). Same-day cancellations may not be eligible for a refund.
5. Travel assistance services
Flights, trains, forex, passport, and visa services are handled directly between you and the relevant Partner after you submit an inquiry, since no upfront payment is taken through Royal Vista for these services. Any cancellation or refund for these is governed by the Partner's own terms, communicated to you directly.
6. Refund timelines
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days, subject to your bank's or payment provider's own processing times.
7. Disputes
If you believe a service was not delivered as booked, contact us within 48 hours of the scheduled service with details of the issue. We will work with the relevant Partner to investigate and resolve the matter.
