1. What we collect

When you use Royal Vista, we collect:

  • Account information: name, email address, phone number, and password (stored as a secure hash, never in plain text)
  • Booking information: travel dates, passenger or guest names and ages, pickup/drop locations, and similar details needed to fulfill a booking
  • Payment information: processed directly by Razorpay, our payment gateway. Royal Vista does not store your card, UPI, or bank account details
  • Inquiry details: information you submit when requesting flight, forex, passport, or visa assistance

2. How we use it

We use your information to:

  • Create and manage your account
  • Process and confirm bookings and inquiries
  • Share necessary booking details (such as passenger names and travel dates) with the relevant Partner agency fulfilling your booking
  • Communicate with you about your bookings, including confirmations and support
  • Maintain records for accounting, dispute resolution, and legal compliance

3. Sharing with Partners

Because Royal Vista operates as a marketplace, booking details relevant to fulfilling your reservation (such as your name, contact number, and travel dates) are shared with the specific Partner agency handling that booking. Partners are expected to use this information only to fulfill your booking and not for unrelated marketing purposes.

4. Data security

Passwords are stored using industry-standard hashing (bcrypt) and are never visible to our staff. Payment processing is handled entirely by Razorpay, a licensed and PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway; we do not store your full payment card or banking details on our servers.

5. Data retention

We retain booking and account information for as long as your account is active, and afterward as needed to comply with legal, tax, and accounting obligations.

6. Your choices

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us. Note that we may need to retain certain records (such as completed transaction history) even after a deletion request, where required by law.
